“Illume,” called for submissions from the world’s top photographers to ultimately be judged by a panel of renowned photo editors and design experts with an all-expenses-paid photo trip to anywhere on the planet as top prize. To showcase the 50 best submissions, Red Bull constructed an outdoor photo gallery by literally carving a stairway into the side of Aspen Mountain to house a series of what looked like giant idling TV sets projecting the still photos into the night…
